Depending on the application, Rollepaal has coatings which can reduce abrasive wear, survive severe burnings, reduce sticking or protect parts from aggressive chemicals. The right coating can reduce processing issues and increase service life.

Coatings can be used to improve product release or melt flow. In addition they can reduce or eliminate die lines, edge build-up and plastic degradation.

In case of severe burning the coating will prevent damage to tooling and facilitate easy cleaning. In extruders and the die heads this effect saves a substantial amount of cleaning time without affecting the structural integrity of your tooling.

Coated die parts survive a severe die burning without any damage.
