Dear customers and relations,
It’s difficult to fathom how much things have changed the last few weeks. In our message last week we have informed you that RPflow has taken a series of protective steps to respond to the threat. From the onset, we have been focused on the health and safety of our team members, customers and relations.
All of our team members are working hard to be safe and we have enacted immediate preventative measures like encouraging excessive hand-washing and ensuring frequent sanitation of our buildings. We have encouraged our people to work from home with effective social distancing where this is feasible, to limit exposure to any potential infection. And even if we only have a limited number of employees at our headquarters, we will keep the lights on. Along working with team members who are working remotely, we can ensure you the best support until we can return to our normal routine.
We also, like so many, have cut all non-essential travel as much as possible and prohibiting any visitors to our corporate offices and manufacturing sites. Despite these measures we want to be in close communication with our customers and relations and sharing our emergency response and business continuity plans.
We know that your businesses do not stop. We want to ensure you that you can count on us during these times of crisis. It is our goal to keep on giving you the best service and support.
